Welcome! I’m Zoé - trained opera singer, life coach, image consultant and communication expert.
I make it my priority to build your confidence, help you realise your needs and dreams, and assist you in making them a reality. Consider me your own personal cheerleader!
As a coach I draw inspiration from a variety of experiences throughout my life; from performing, creating art, having to build resilience and staying authentic to oneself, to learning how to practice compassion, communicating effectively and presenting oneself in a powerful manner.
I call my coaching approach ‘holistic’ because I take a look at the whole picture; your history, your present and your desired future. Authentic confidence, self-love and acceptance isn’t built in one day, so my job is to guide and assist you for as long as it takes for our work to be fully integrated. This is how sustainable change is made.
