Single: A one-off 90 minute session | 130€

My coaching approach includes a combination of positive psychology techniques, mindfulness and strength-focused coaching. In my sessions we explore possible blockages, emotional and cognitive patterns, (un)met needs and your future goals. We sometimes visit the past in order for me to get a holistic picture of you and the issue at hand, but never linger there for long. Tools like cognitive reframing, self-soothing techniques, breath work, mindfulness and other coaching models allow you to free yourself from anything holding you back and to move forward confidently and independently.
Due to the deep nature of my work, I find that the most impactful way to work together is on a (semi) long-term basis rather than one-off sessions. This provides the foundation for a deeper and more trusting coach-client relationship and allows me to help you sustainably integrate the tools and techniques you learn in our sessions into your life.
In my coaching sessions my focus lies on (re)connecting you with your gut, getting you in touch with your deepest wishes and needs and empowering you to make those a reality. I encourage you to reflect, look back, look forward and dream big. The space I provide for you is completely confidential and entirely yours to take up. Come as you are, this is a judgement free zone.

Zoé Albrecht is a Coach and former Opera singer based in Amsterdam. She is an EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) accredited Coach at Practitioner level and has successfully completed the Practitioner Coach course at EDelia Ireland, a course that holds the EQA conferred by EMCC.
